Stopped by on the way through by chance. Very happy we did. Friendly, fast, delicious-they figured out bbq and it was so good. The coleslaw is 10/10 and the jalapeño cheddar sausage is the best I've had.
Was just driving through from California to Oklahoma when my girlfriend wanted to try authentic TX BBQ. She picked a place at random and we stopped in. Even though there were a couple of sides unavailable at the time, the main reason we were here was the meat, and Prissys delivered in spades! Was some of the best I've ever had and wish I didn't live so far away! Definitely worth a stop if you're passing through, and especially if you're lucky enough to live there!
I've been working in the area a lot so I tried to stop by a month ago but they were sold out at 3 pm. That tells me the food must be pretty good! My wife and I decided to stop by and try it out again yesterday. We got there around 12 and got a plate of brisket, sausage and turkey. Ill say it was good, but not great. The brisket had great flavor and taste, but it was like it had been sliced two hours prior and had been sitting in a bin waiting for service. Kinda dry. Pulled pork was dry, brisket was way over salted. They were somehow out of every side. The staff seemed to be having a hard time figuring out what orders went to who, not impressed 🫤
Seems to be out of everything. Pulled pork is dry as hell. Don’t even know how to run the register. I’d pass this place.
