I was there for the first time to try the eastern style bbq, and found it to be ok, but the banana pudding tasted like bananas in a water based vanilla pudding. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful.
Family owned and operated, great Southern hospitality and delicious, down home comfort food. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon. Two thumbs up!
Ate there for the first time in years since my travels rarely take me to the area. I went 45 minutes out of my way just to get their Eastern Carolina BBQ. It was as good as I remember! Had the brown sugar baked beans and they were very good, but the old style is my preferred choice. <Chis>
This has been my favorite place to go on Thursday nights. The food is delicious and the music is awesome!
