I genuinely underexpected the care and service I was given at Prisma Urgent Care. They did so well, went above and beyond and cared about the issue enough to dig and find a solution. I was impressed!
I was impressed with the facility and the help.
Came in this evening for a visit and the front desk check in were rude and had attitudes. Asked for an after visit summary on the way out, young lady at the front desk had an attitude as I interrupted her cell phone time; even though they are supposed to offer. Nurse Practitioner who we were seen by stated “I don’t know” without a resolution to the issue that brought us to urgent care. Everything was smoothly completed. The nurse practitioner was very caring and helpful. I left feeling confident, I would be feeling better. I received good care.
