My son & I 1st visit was absolutely amazing. I work so my grandmother takes him when I am scheduled. On Wednesday I am off so I take him. I took him this past Wednesday and I was ignored, wasn't acknowledged by his therapist Heather nothing very rude. She spoke to my son and had him follow her to the back I was still sitting down my son had to come get me while she kept walking the door which you need a badge to get in was just about closing. The staff at this facility are very professional and sure to put a smile on your face. I've never been to a facility where there was such hands on therapy. I'm very grateful to them for all the work they put in to make me feel better than I have in years.
