Therapists are top notch, knowledgeable, personable, professional and caring. While PT can be difficult, the therapists assigned to me were absolutely wonderful. Heather Malone and Johnathan Malone I would highly recommend!
The therapists are awesome!!! It’s 2 out of the 3 people at the check in counter that speaks volumes!!! They expect you to give a heads up when you’re not coming but it doesn’t go both ways! You never know about cancellations until you get there!
My son & I 1st visit was absolutely amazing. I work so my grandmother takes him when I am scheduled. On Wednesday I am off so I take him. I took him this past Wednesday and I was ignored, wasn't acknowledged by his therapist Heather nothing very rude. She spoke to my son and had him follow her to the back I was still sitting down my son had to come get me while she kept walking the door which you need a badge to get in was just about closing.
