Overall some of the staff were caring. I went in at around 11:40 a.m and I didn't leave until around 5:30 p.m the times to be seen are absolutely ridiculous!! Most of the time there was waiting! Quite a few people left the hospital WITHOUT being seen because the wait was so long. There was so much trash on the floor, women’s sanitary products were spilling over in the bathroom waste bin beside the toilet and it smelled so bad. Worst hospital ever, couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my child, didn’t give anything to help her. Just useless advice. They literally get paid just to ask you your name and symptoms then do nothing to help treat you
Terrible experience, IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 8 hours and still haven’t been consulted about my result. Terrible people lazy staff
The nurse Brittany, Dr. Isaacs and all staff I encountered were professional, concerned and helpful. Thank you. I feel much better now.
