The worst ER ever! I am a heath care administrator from an out of state hospital offering this perspective. My niece was brought in by EMS after collapsing from heat exhaustion and muscle cramps. She sat in the ER waiting room for 7 hours. She should have at least received intravenous fluids since she could not get them down orally. My concern did not stop there. Really busy when we were there. Was taken back to a room pretty quick. But was hours before someone came in to check on us.

If I could rate this emergency room lower I would. The staff need to be retrained on triaging patients. I'm pregnant and was severely bleeding I called ahead to see if I would be seen right away and told yes do to the severity. I was then made to wait 2 hours in a pool of blood in the waiting room. When I asked the front desk if I could please be seen now because I want to save my baby and there is a lot of blood I was told they moved me to the highest possibility on the triage list and I have to wait. 2:30 last night my wife was hospitalized through the ambulance. They discharged her. Let her go. They did not inform me that she got discharged. She walked off. She special needs for disability and today I'm back helping somebody couldn't get no answer. No attitude. Trying to talk with somebody. The soda machine kept my money. I tried to talk with the front desk. Couldn't give me no answer. Trying to ask the nurse for the blood sugar for my sister. Can't give me no answer. Never use this hospital again
