Prisma aka Prison recommend a patient to this facility and they are horrible when it comes to communication. I’m disappointed with the level of communication at Richland Springs. I’ve been trying to reach the assigned social Worker (Sydney Stinson) and/or her boss (Betsy or Betty- and by the way please change your voicemail to be current) for a couple of days, but my calls and messages have not been returned. Quiet, Peaceful and staff listen and offer suggestions. You have to be yourself and look at where you may be headed in life.

Horrible service over the phone. I’m trying to get assistance and the person on the phone only confused me more and gave misinformation! I HAD no choice but to put one star otherwise I’d put zero.

This place absolutely crushed me and just exasperated my condition. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and the fellow patients there were even more rude.

Staff sitting behind the desk talking about patients. I was on the phone talking with a family member. One very rude employee turned the volume up loud on a television. It happened while on the phone. I was admitted here in 2022.
