The prescription refill coordinator is totally inept - every time I need a medication refill - I call it in and leave the information on the answering machine - you never speak to a human being! The answering machine tells you not to leave repeat messages but every single time I have called I've had to call back and ask to speak to an office manager to find out hwere my medication is - they guy that has the responsibility is either totally inept or just doesn't care about the patients that come there.
