very nasty attitude from the nurse Nicole L, and the case manager Shannon Jackson or Johnson. Very rude and neglect patients. If you have a relative in this hospital go check on them daily
Everyone on the 7th floor between those double doors was very rude, they neglect there patients and all. RN Nicole whom refuse to give last name on the date of 3/14/24 was very rude and told me do I think she suppose to clean 22 year old man! my reply yes its your patient she told me she think not.
