We had the first appointment of the day, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor. It was evident she hadn't reviewed my mom's chart, as she didn't even know my mom had been hospitalized multiple times. To make matters worse, she had to leave to get her stethoscope, which took another 20 minutes. She also seemed unwilling to manage my mom's condition properly. No experience. I can’t get them to return my call after leaving detail message they requested. Frustrating. I guess I’ll drive to their office. Frustrated!!
