Don't even call them!! Office staff are rude and unable to answer the most basic of questions. She then hung up the phone on me. If that's the staff then I don't need to see the doctor.
I saw Dr cutinha for the first time today. She was so sweet and seems to really care for her patients. She told me in great detail everything I could possibly need to know about the medicine choices and their side effects, what to expect in the apts coming up etc. I couldn’t think of a single question to ask because she covered EVERYTHING without me needing to ask. Make this office your last resort, from my brief experience they don't care about patients. I definitely agree the office staff is horrible and so are there policies. I wish I could give a zero rate. Find a better office than this one if you are a new patient looking for a doctor.
I could not recommend this office or practice any less. I was super excited to get a medical opinion from Dr. Cutinha on recent medical diagnoses, and the front office staff was the most rude and inconsiderate I have ever experienced in nearly 4 decades on this earth. Even though I was referred to this practice through my primary care and the proper channels, they refused to grant me an appointment because I had already seen another doctor and needed a second opinion.
