The doctor and staff are wonderful and deserve 5 stars. But the billing department pulls them down. It seems that while the rest of the world is out there helping each other this billing department feels $60 is more important to them than how a 74 year old man is doing or feeling with a spot on his lungs. The $60 is from the deducible from Medicare.
My mother was seen by Dr. White after she had a sleep study. My mother was told during that sleep study she stopped breathing 91 times and they actually put a machine on her that night. They have stressed to her that she needed a machine. Well today she found out that since she does not have insurance she can't get the machine and now she is scared. They did not have any suggestions for her just oh well hopefully you do not die in your sleep. For anyone looking for a pulmonologist this is not where you want to go. My other h... read more
It took my mother 2 weeks of calling to get an appointment and the soonest she could get an appointment is two and a half months from now. What in the world? Anyone have any recommendations for a good doctor for a senior citizen? This is insane.
