Just went in for my annual and was my 1st time here. From the moment in every one greeted me and was polite. Dr Hagen listened and suggested and I didn’t have a long wait. I felt supported and heard! Wonderful 1st Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the repeated unprofessional behavior of Felecia at the front desk. On multiple visits, she has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unpleasant—not just toward me, but toward other patients as well. This facility serves women who may be coming in for very sensitive reasons—seeking birth control, navigating their first pregnancy, or even coping with pregnancy loss.
