I love it here. The staff is super nice and professional, and so are the doctors there.
I’ve been coming to this practice for about 4 years for my annual well woman check up, Felicia was the nurse who worked with my former OBGYN doctor, and she always made the trauma of a PAP smear bearable. She has a sweet spirit and she always has an encouraging word. My former doctor left, so today I had my appointment with a new provider, Ms. Keels, she was absolutely wonderful and attentive. Fire the unstable lady answering phones on 06/20 around 10:30 am. She came on the phone with an attitude put me on hold for 10 mins. I hung up and called back would you believe she disconnected the phone multiple times. I’m trying to conduct business and spend money with this provider and she is playing on your phones. If you reading this call the Palmetto Pkwy location, way more professional!
Clean office and rooms, Nurse Felicia was super sweet and made you feel like yo knew her, Dr Keels was great answered any questions i had, staff was professional and kind. Thank you all for making it as comrtable that is possible with these sort of visits
I have had nothing but good experiences here over the past 3 years. It is close to my work which is how I found and chose the location because it’s a good hour from my home, but even if I switched jobs I would still go here. Dr. Keels and her team are great. What I love most is that she seems to really LISTEN and care (which you would think would be expected, but hasn’t been my experience in my 30+ *cough cough* years).
