Staff (Specifically the front office) not empathetic lacks the needed professionalism for medical environment. However the providers themselves are really kind!

I love it here. The staff is super nice and professional, and so are the doctors there.
I’ve been coming to this practice for about 4 years for my annual well woman check up, Felicia was the nurse who worked with my former OBGYN doctor, and she always made the trauma of a PAP smear bearable. She has a sweet spirit and she always has an encouraging word. My former doctor left, so today I had my appointment with a new provider, Ms. Keels, she was absolutely wonderful and attentive.
