I don't know why they have a phone . They don't answer at all. If you need to ask a question it's not possible. Ive never dealt with a doctor's office that don't answer the phone. I've taken my business elsewhere. I think that's very inconsiderate for your patients to go through. I can understand being busy sometimes but you people can't answer the ever. I'm done with this inconsiderate behavior!!!
I have to travel a while to my appointments so i get there at certain times and need to leave by a certain time. If my appointment is at 1 why am i being seen at 3:30 close to 4? Very stupid and unprofessional. lots of people have the same issue. Not sure if y’all understaff but as a high risk pregnant women who swells from sitting long periods of time, GET IT TOGETHER.
