By far the worst Doctor my daughter has ever encountered the whole visit was rushed impatient rude and very dismissive he seemed very irritated and very abrupt with us and we were new patients walked out of there thinking this was a wasted visit and we did not live close by!! WHO WOULD HAVE IMAGINED THIS!!
It’s been well over a decade since I’ve been seen here and not sure if my provider still works at this location. I saw Dr. Burgis back when I was 16 in 2013. I had gone to a countless amount of doctors to find out why my cycles were so heavy and painful. I think I saw 7 doctors in total before finding Dr. Burgis. She was the first one to say “Hey, I think you may have endometriosis and we should do surgery.” She was right and did remove most of my endometriosis when I was 16. These individuals were so nice and very informative. From the moment I stepped in the door I was met with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The doctor assessed my situation and provided me with a number of options. She made me feel beyond seen and heard. She was beyond patient and answered any questions and concerns I had. Having more service providers like Dr. Fisher, Kim S, Chelsie, and Jessica helps bridge the therapeutic relationship gap between clients and their service providers. I don't know why they have a phone . They don't answer at all. If you need to ask a question it's not possible. Ive never dealt with a doctor's office that don't answer the phone. I've taken my business elsewhere. I think that's very inconsiderate for your patients to go through. I can understand being busy sometimes but you people can't answer the ever. I'm done with this inconsiderate behavior!!!
I have to travel a while to my appointments so i get there at certain times and need to leave by a certain time. If my appointment is at 1 why am i being seen at 3:30 close to 4? Very stupid and unprofessional. lots of people have the same issue. Not sure if y’all understaff but as a high risk pregnant women who swells from sitting long periods of time, GET IT TOGETHER.
