Good Dr and customer service were very good
This was supposed to be a first-time patient visit, but Dr. Allison Kazue Hamada seemed unprepared and spent much of the appointment going through screens and reviewing records. When I asked questions because I didn’t fully understand, the interaction became frustrating and she appeared annoyed, repeatedly telling me to “be patient.” I expect professionalism, preparation, and respectful communication from a doctor, especially during an initial visit. I’m hesitant to tell you all because you may swarm her and take all of the appt. But I LOVE NP M. Catour! She is so warm, down to earth, and listens. I am so so so happy I found her!
