When I was first referred here they never called me. I waited well over a week. I notified my doctor again and then I heard from them. But the woman on the phone was rude and unpleasant. I made the appointment anyway. I could not keep the appointment due to my being ill so I called to reschedule. Again, the person was not very pleasant.
