I contacted Prisma Greer Memorial Hospital on 2/28/25 about scheduling a requested CT Scan from my doctor at the Cleveland Clinic. They requested I fax the script for the procedure to them which I did. After NIT hearing from anyone I called them on 3/3/25 to inquire about the status and some woman said :"they are backed up and have gotten to requests from 2/26/25 and they would call me shortly. My wife was in the ICU unit at the Greer memorial hospital recently, she was a covid patient. The staff there tried their best to make her visit there as comfortable as possible. I'm so greatful to them. There was only one nurse there that had no business waiting on my wife. My wife ask her politely if she could have a cup of juice. That nurse said, I am not going out of my way to bring you no juice but if I go by there I will get you a cup, she said I don't usually work down here with covid patients, said she usually works ... read more

I came to the ER by ambulance with sudden excruciating pain in my hip and back, with limited range of motion. After 3 hours of sitting in an uncomfortable chair in the waiting room, I still had not been seen. At one point, one of the desk staff scowled and waved her hand at me, to stop crying so loudly. 3 day stay had to ask for blanket , I didn’t get a blanket. I had to ask for breakfast , lunch etc . Said I I had covid because upset stomach . Upstart stomach because I have Uc.

Hello I came the hospital 12/24/20 and just want say the time I came in til I left nurse kaylee and doc dion was the best and all staff there I just want to say time is a caring and warm place to be merry Christmas the staff and everyone there thank you
