I had a preventive colonscopy set up, given those codes, the doctor changed codes so I now owe 2500. To pay this I have to put off my mitral Valve surgery aince I'm on a limited salary. He refuses to change codes. This is the most cowardly thing to allow your office to give these codes decide to do mri while I'm sedated then charge me. Finding nothing wrong. I'm fighting with my whole being to make these doctors undesirable and office workers how much you are hurting the senior community. Shame on you.
Went for a follow-up visit after having a procedure. For the follow up I saw PA John Colton. He explained everything in laymens terms, answered all my questions and took his Time with me. He is easy to understand. I felt I was heard and presented as very knowledgeable and genuinely cared.
I give one star because I can never get anyone on the phone to make an appointment stayed on hold the first time for 45 minutes and another time for 30 minutes and they keep saying all their agents are busy I’m sorry but it’s not that many people just making appointments.
Worst staff ever. Doctors are useless and don't know what they're doing. Almost like they didn't want to help and I'm not the first it's happened too.
