NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR MESSAGES IN MYCHART!
UPDATE: Dr. Meserve is excellent and I highly recommend him. Unfortunately I’ve had to move out of state, and though my new doctor and I have been trying for over 2 months, we’ve been unable to get this office to send them my records. The staff from the front desk to the nurses in the back are great. Very friendly and easy to schedule….then I met Dr. Kohen. How do you get an appointment? I have a referral from the emergency room and no one is answering the phones? Hours are flying by.... sigh
My doctor left or is no longer with the practice and no one told me so I am now without care. The pharmacy had been sending refill requests that went unanswered and now I am without my medication due to their incompetence and lack of care of their patients. I called at 4pm and got an answering service that could not even leave a message for them. I should not be responsible for making sure my doctor is still with a practice in order to continue my care. Absolutely ridiculous.
