The nurses were Great they listen to everything I had to say an that’s very important to me
Attempting to work with this practice has been an absolute nightmare. I had a procedure and had to call continously for results and next steps. They do not respond to MyCjart messages and you can't get anyone on the phone. Once I finally got the results they were inconclusive and I was advised I needed to schedule another procedure. Inhave been calling for days Noone answers. I went to My chart to try and schedule amd of course it says to call. I 100% DO NOT recommend this practice to anyone. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR MESSAGES IN MYCHART!
UPDATE: Dr. Meserve is excellent and I highly recommend him. Unfortunately I’ve had to move out of state, and though my new doctor and I have been trying for over 2 months, we’ve been unable to get this office to send them my records. The staff from the front desk to the nurses in the back are great. Very friendly and easy to schedule….then I met Dr. Kohen.
