Do you know how frustrating it is to call your doctor’s office and no one picks up the phone but if I walk in there will be someone sitting at the front desk. Got it. Just walk in for everything.

Staff isn’t good at answering the phone. I love the doctor. But sadly, the staff is horrible and doesn’t answer questions or the phone. I don’t recommend this place. Pick someplace else if you aren’t happy with the front desk. They obviously want to get paid to do nothing.

Prisma Health Family Medicine is a great office with a strong, supportive staff The overall experience feels well-organized and patient-focused, and it’s clear the team works hard to provide consistent care. Emily Powers stands out as a phenomenal provider - attentive, thorough, and genuinely caring in how she works with patients. That level of personal attention really makes a difference in the experience and builds a lot of trust over time

Good morning, a day like today I feel disappointed, sad, helpless, because I was guzgada by my accent since I was not born here. I called 3 times and all 3 times I was rejected and my call was hung up, why? Because of my accent, because very respectfully I was speaking to them in English, they didn't want to attend to a child just because of my accent, it's not fair because he's just a child
