I’ve been coming to this place since 2007, and unfortunately, I’ve watched the quality of service decline over the years. They seem to constantly switch providers and staff, and the consistency of care just isn’t there anymore. Many of the providers seem very inexperienced, and I’ve had experiences where it felt like they were relying on Google to find answers rather than demonstrating confidence and knowledge in their care. Dr. Jeff Hall has been my primary care doctor for many years. He always listens to me, discusses my concerns and answers my questions, and makes certain my care is managed well by him. I highly recommend him as a doctor and the practice is always available. Great Doctor!
I love it here. My doctor is dope. He listens and always prompt with my care. Wait time is good never long when I go. They upgraded and improve a lot on their system.
