I do recommend this place
This was a terrible first visit experience. After waiting 9 months to visit this location, Prisma switched me to this Dr. Nzeh less than 2 weeks before my appointment. When I told them I did not want to switch to this doctor, they said either I see her or cancel my appointment. Meanwhile the original doctor I booked with 9 months prior is still practicing at this location. Cockroaches everywhere!!! This place is nasty!! Disgusting!! Shut it down!!! Dear Prisma Health Team, I wanted to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue at your Boiling Springs Urgent Care location. During our visit, we saw multiple cockroaches crawling in the lobby in broad daylight.
