Not a bad wait time...
The guy at the front desk Corey was very very rude on the phone but when i got there the other young lady Jada was very kind and helpful- he had me in tears I was so angry Jada was so kind and very helpful everyone else has always been very helpful that was the first time I've ever encountered that type of personality in that office
They don't get transformation from the VA so they bill you after 4 months for a ridiculous price for seeing the doctor first place I ever been will not recommend I won't Go back
I was greeted by friendly receptionists, and the online paperwork I filled out prior to my visit made for an effortless check in. I was brought back right on time, with a friendly nurse who gave me a quick tour of the building. I waited less than five minutes from when the nurse finished and my PA came in. He read through the nurse’s notes and didn’t ask any repeat questions. He was friendly, efficient, and answered all of my questions. I’m so surprised to see the 1 star reviews but I understand it can vary from provider to provider. Dr. Hecht and his team have always been so amazing. I’ve been able to get in to see him 3 times in the past week for a health problem, what other primary care does that? Him and his nurse take the time to understand and listen to you. I have never felt rushed and I always leave feeling like they care. 10/10 recommend!
