Five days I have called - NO ONE ANSWERS or CALLS BACK!!! I WILL NOT BE SCHEDULING WITH THEM......VERY SAD THIS IS THE WAY THEY HANDLE THEIR PATIENTS!!!
THE WROST. I have called numerous times, probably over 20 times and left voicemails no one calls back. Finally just went in person to talk to someone. Finally got a call from Maria, the rudest person ever. On the phone for 20 minutes over her just repeating herself and being so rude to me and my dad. Said that we “couldn’t afford” other endocrinologist. Ask to speak to supervisor and she said that would take a few days.
I have called over five times this week. No return calls. My internist referred me and made the appointment for me without asking me if it was convenient. The appointment is Monday and I am out of town. This is the worst I have ever experienced. I don’t know how they are in business. Horrible!!!!
Have been calling them everyday for almost a week and leaving them voicemails to schedule an appointment. Never getting a response, I am surprised that this facility is functional.
