Cameron was amazing!! Best customer service ever.
Dr. Lovett and Cedric were fantastic. I needed an extraction and was able to get an appointment quickly. The Prisma Rochland office was great, affordable (way more so than many others), and professional. I highly recommend this office, especially if you don't have dental insurance. All of the staff put my mind at ease and it was a great experience after much anxiety around dental procedures. You guys were awesome.
Today,7/7/2025, was supposed to be my daughter’s actually Dentist appt at the hospital , A day that her dad and I took off two days from work to make sure that we were able to attend. I also called Two days before her pre-opp appt to confirm the time and the reception confirmed it, However on the day of her appt, once we got there, we were told that Tara cancelled it ! She said because she was unable to contact me through email & by phone and because they have a long waiting list and supposedly that was back in April !! I ca... read more
This is an awesome office. Dr. Layton was so thorough and helped me the best he could! I wish he was permanent and not a resident because I sure would choose him for my dentistry needs!!! Very compassionate!!! Camron got me in as soon as possible because I have mouth pain. I cannot say enough great things about this office!!! Also very clean!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!! My nurse Karen was also the sweetest and comforting!! 10 stars guys!!!!!!
