They change the entire staff it seems every few months. Very uncoordinated. I’ll call just to ask a question and get accidentally sent to 2-4 people before I get sent the person I called to speak to, even if I’m calling that person back. GHS only lets Doctors spend 15 minutes with each patient so you never really get to go into all of your issues. I had a great experience at this practice. I didn’t have to wait long, and everything was handled efficiently. Their use of technology—especially for communication—is excellent. I received helpful and timely updates electronically. Dr. Schmitt is kind, wise, and truly caring. He listens well, is very supportive, and never pushes a particular philosophy. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I’m very glad I chose this office!
Dr Fennell is amazing and straight to the point which is so refreshing! I appreciate is direct approach especially when it comes to my health! A++++ in my book !
