We moved here in March and were able to get new patient appointments fairly quickly. We have had excellent care. Everyone there is helpful and kind. They get you into an exam room and seen pretty quickly. My husband and I feel listened to and our concerns and questions are answered. Responses in MyChart for refill requests test results and questions have been pretty quick. We highly recommend them!
I started coming here when my pediatric office in Greenville burned to the ground! After a while of waiting for a new doctor's office to pick me up, i got added on to this one and I love it so far. I had an issue that had to be taken care of, and I brought it up in my appointment with the doctor. She ordered an MRI as well, so I got that done, but after all, I got the thing taken care of by MUSC Health!!! Staff are friendly. Seating in the waiting room is comfortable. Waiting room is spacious. Plenty of parking. Doctors and nurses care
I have only been to this office a couple of times, but overall experience has been wonderful. Always greeted with smiling faces and all how can we assist you at the front desk. (I would definitely recommend doing the E Check In before going to first visit. It saved a lot of time)The wait time is very minimal, even for my very first visit. They change the entire staff it seems every few months. Very uncoordinated. I’ll call just to ask a question and get accidentally sent to 2-4 people before I get sent the person I called to speak to, even if I’m calling that person back. GHS only lets Doctors spend 15 minutes with each patient so you never really get to go into all of your issues. The nurses have always been excellent and even though I had a problem with my Primary doctor last time, they had been great for years. It’s just that the staff seems so discombobul... read more
