I moved out of the area, but they were still treating me. They required my A1c every 3 months, before a video visit. This past visit, they refused to send the lab order to the same place I used and they accepted previously. Now, they've refused to treat me. I am diabetic, and out of medication, and feeling terrible. Is this legal? Yes, I know I need a new local doctor, but my anxiety is why too high to seek this out now. Quickly to see you, friendly staff
Dr. Fennell was great, he listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. All of the office staff were very nice too! I never regret my decision for changing to this office!
We moved here in March and were able to get new patient appointments fairly quickly. We have had excellent care. Everyone there is helpful and kind. They get you into an exam room and seen pretty quickly. My husband and I feel listened to and our concerns and questions are answered. Responses in MyChart for refill requests test results and questions have been pretty quick. We highly recommend them!
I started coming here when my pediatric office in Greenville burned to the ground! After a while of waiting for a new doctor's office to pick me up, i got added on to this one and I love it so far. I had an issue that had to be taken care of, and I brought it up in my appointment with the doctor. She ordered an MRI as well, so I got that done, but after all, I got the thing taken care of by MUSC Health!!!
