I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. When Dr. Rupp finally saw me, she had already decided on a diagnosis without ordering any diagnostic imaging to rule out structural problems. I reported severe urinary retention (documented 1 liter on bladder scan), obstructive defecation, and positional symptoms that worsen when upright.
