Stay far away with your children if you care about them. This place does NOT keep up with prior authorization. Possibly keeping your child from huge medical testing that could mean the difference in an important diagnosis. Very upsetting when you are flat out lied to about prior authorization being done two weeks prior. The hospital and insurance company BOTH confirm a date and time a prior authorization was initiated. Nurses bedside manner was awful. Things she said did not feel like a recommendation of care but her scolding me about things that I wasn’t doing right.
I think the front office and the scheduling team can do a much better job. They Coded Annual Physical as Patient Care Establishment and hence it was not covered under the insurance. Lessons learnt the hard way, need clarify upfront before scheduling the meeting!
Do NOT go here. I went once in February. Saw Sierra Wren Fowler/Resident Physician under supervision of Dr. Sheila Cervaccio and Dr. Carolyn Vaught. They lost my urine sample, went for lab testing the next week- provided another sample. No record of it though it definitely was requested and done by me. I have chronic health issues, disabilities, and conditions; focusing on the urological standpoint I have seen a urologist since 16 years old. It is well documented.
