The front desk sucks. They never answer the phones, never get your forms to the doctor in time or get them filled. Other then the doctors and nurses, the front desk staff sucks.

Office staff absolutely refused to properly file insurance claims resulting in specialist referrals all being denied and taking months to sort out. I've tried on the phone and in person and was refused each time saying it wasn't their job to submit referral authorizations to insurance. I won't be going back.
