My laptop was caught on fire due to a power surge from a power outage. I called my insurance company and they said they would reach out to a tech to assess the damage. A Prism employee came out and agreed it was fire damage from a power surge. All of sudden, I get a call from my insurance saying that Prism didn't say that it was wear and tear. Since when wear and tear cause a power port to melt and motherboard to be fried. They lied and now I got to pay for it. They're for the best interest of the insurance companies only. I... read more
