AVOID AT ALL COSTS – They Destroyed Our Home Essentials Prism Specialties (ARS) was hired to restore our electronics after an ice dam, and they returned our property in a disgusting, unworkable state. Among the items they destroyed was our son’s $2,000 gaming computer, which was returned dented, filthy, and broken. If I could give zero stars, I would. Prism Specialties (ARS) was hired to restore our electronics after an ice dam, and they returned our property in worse condition than they found it. After sitting on a shelf for a year, our high-end electronics—Dyson vacuums, specialty floor cleaners, and our espresso maker—were returned uncleaned, unwrapped, and completely unworkable. Worst of the worst. Disorganized, poor service, rude and difficult. Charged us for their own mistakes.
Fabiana was extremely helpful….. She walked me through all the information about the electronics, answered every question, and made the whole process smooth. Great communication and great service. The crew was amazing too.
