If you’re shopping, don’t buy any of their managed properties, if they were hired on after you bought, sell or get a lawyer. This has been my roof now since August of 2023, and it’s now almost February 2024. Some of these reviews ask for professional courtesy, that implies that either of these exist in this company, but they don’t. I just found out my condo association fired Prism Realty, and am actually so relieved. There have been numerous issues with our older building, including the foundation which hasn't been looked at for three years. The board members were trying to pick up the slack, but frankly residents don't have the bandwidth or expertise to shop for commercial foundation repair-- I even tried looking into it myself.
