Highly recommend finding a different property management company to go through while renting. This company is one of the least competent and least professional groups of people I have ever worked with. I lived at one of their properties for 3 years. No real issues while living there but after I moved out it was a nightmare getting the security deposit back. It took well over 30 days to get the check from them.
