We’ve worked with Michael before and happily did so again. The sale took a little longer than expected and I was definitely impatient - but he never was 😅 Super knowledgeable, great communicator, and always kept things calm, honest and straight forward. He really knows his stuff (!!) and made the entire process much easier for me all while trying to survive a long distance move, a new job, and 2 babes under 2. Highly recommend!

Prism properties I.e., Brian & Michael managed properties of mine for many years. My interaction with them was always 100% positive, informing and professional. My properties were well maintained/managed with long term tenants residing in them with literally no issues or problems. Highly recommend finding a different property management company to go through while renting. This company is one of the least competent and least professional groups of people I have ever worked with. I lived at one of their properties for 3 years. No real issues while living there but after I moved out it was a nightmare getting the security deposit back. It took well over 30 days to get the check from them.
