Giving 2 stars because we paid over $200 in application fees, even an application fee for my 8lb CHIHUAHUA… they were NOT communicative whatsoever, I almost thought it may be a scam at first just because of how unresponsive they were, unless they needed more “application money”.. only to find out almost 2 weeks later that we were denied. When we asked why, and what it was that we needed to work on, guess what, NO RESPONSE. Y’all need to do better.
I feel incredibly grateful my first time renting through a property management group was with Prism Properties. Three years of living in my stylish uptown studio brought it’s share of adventure. I was on 485 today, heading toward Concord, in the left lane going with the flow of traffic when a van from this company came flying up behind me and was so close I could not see the the grill or headlights. I braked because I was getting really close the the vehicle in front of me and this guy almost hit me. Then he swerved around me and almost hit me cutting back in front of me as he was yelling and waiving out his window. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! A friend of mine is currently staying in a house that is infested with mice. She’s only been there 3 months her entire kitchen is full of mice feces and the property management company won’t do anything about it. She has reached out to them on numerous occasions only for them to tell her thats normal. Paying $1760 and living in a mice infested house is not normal. My friend refuses to cook in her home.
