I am incredibly disappointed with the experience I had with Prism. My partner and I recently purchased a 1933 craftsman style house in downtown Savannah. Old houses downtown aren't cheap, and repairing them isn't any cheaper. But luckily, we found a great deal...perhaps too good to be true. Our agent recommended Prism, so we naively followed her lead.
