Amazing place full of angels they literally have saved my life
Beware. This is no longer a medical office. It now intimidates you into giving personal information that had absolutely nothing to do with your health. They collect this information to sell, and or give to other organizations and insurance companies so that it can be used against you. They have no business asking for personal business in your home. Dr Sinclair is one of the most awesome not doctors only but person.
