When I started here a couple months ago, I asked for the phone numbers they be using to call and texting with. I was given those numbers and put them in my phone so those calls and text would not go to spam and I get them. I have gotten calls from and text from those numbers. After waiting almost 2 months on appointment they text telling my appointment is at 4pm, not 130pm today.
