Fantastic and caring team
Beware joining prism as a patient. Their providers are over capacity and if you ever need changes to your medications it will take months for this team to be able to provide care due to their schedule being over capacity.
I really like the doctors/NPs I’ve seen here, Jessica and Alexa. The only reason they lost 2 stars is because of the receptionist. Whoever has been answering calls lately, who has a feminine voice, has a huge attitude. They are very passive aggressive and unhelpful. I called a couple weeks ago to schedule an appointment and was told “well we don’t have anything coming up and can’t get you in sooner, looks like you canceled the last TWO appointments” and well no I didn’t, they were rescheduled so I guess your system says canc... read more
