Great kites that also look great, they scream quality and fun!
Amazing customer service! I own a Quantum stunt kite that was missing a piece. I called to order and replacement and the gentleman was so nice-- very personable and engaging. He told me about the new website redesign that just launched; I spent half an hour browsing-- really nice website. I found a few more kites that I'll have to buy in the future!
What can I say . The definition of great customer service is what this company strives to offer. Sure I bought a great wonderfully made kite from them. I had a problem with my kite , I sent it back within days I received a replacement . Within a week of going to the beach , I will now fly my 1.9 , and brag on Prisim. These guys have a customer for life . Thanks
I've been flying Prism Kites since I was a biddy one. I remember buying my first Prism, it was my first ever Internet purchase. Maybe '99 it was an Alien, purple and teal, I'd do anything to have it back. Lost it in my house during Hurricane Katrina. I've had a few since but none as pretty as my first. Just bought my first single string ever, the stow away foil with the rediculious wide, rediculious long tail. I haven't got to fly it yet and I can't wait to see it in the air. Thank you Prism for the amazing kites.
stowaway parafoil is a great kite, so easy to manaage. I am very much looking forward to your 2015 kites, it is hard to decide which one to get
