Their personnel are top-flight and are professional in every aspect. They have painted the exterior of our home(2020) and the interior trim (2025) and, most recently, the cabinetry in our bar area and the Master Bath. JIm Malinowski was scheduled to review some work and didn't show up until almost an hour late despite my wife texting him to confirm the time. We had closed our gate and my wife texted him saying we no longer want to see him since he obviously wasn't reliable. He shows up anyway, couldn't come to the door because we closed the gate, so he shoves a portion of fence down to get in then left it on the ground when he left. The crew was amazing, going above and beyond. We were very happy.
We just had the best experience with Jim and his crew! From the beginning bid to the ending walk through I felt like we were well taken care of. If we had concerns or needed touch ups that was never a problem. Jaime was there daily to answer my questions and make sure things were done properly. The arduous job of removing popcorn off the ceilings was expertly done. The painting and trim are near perfect. We had a guest house and main house to do so we spent lots of time with this crew. We had Prism paint our home interior, including our kitchen cabinets. Although the work was okay - the walls look good - we would not be likely to hire them again. There was quite a bit of sloppiness in the work - paint splatter and drips on floors and fixtures and other places where paint should not be, etc. We are still scraping those off, after several months of continuing to identify them.
