We bought our spa from Prisco and had a wonderful experience. Any service issues have been handled promptly and professionally. Our cover needs to be replaced, and I dealt with Jason today. He was up on all issues, and called me back in five minutes rather than having me hang on the line. The matter was completed in 10 minutes. Great job!

We love their product line, it's top quality! When it was time to replace the Ace Salt Cell, the technician, Mark, was knowledgeable and courteous. He was happy to answer some extra questions.
