Buyer beware!!! - the customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. Ordered an endless pool in late May and was told 6 weeks. After 8 weeks and nobody reaching out I contacted my rep and it was impossible to get in touch with him. BEWARE! We have had a shockingly terrible experience with Prisco Spas in summer 2018. Please read this all the way through. We ordered an Endless Pool E2000 in late may/start of June. This is one of the top-of-the-line endless pool models - about $45-$50K. The rep told us it was a 4-6 week delivery timeline. Be careful about buying from Prisco. We ordered a hot tub, told delivery was six weeks, been 11 weeks, still no hot tub, they don’t return calls, no info when we can expect delivery.

We had a great experience at Prisco from the moment we walked into the Hawthorne showroom. Jason took all the time we needed to let us wet test all the tubs in the showroom even though it was after hours. His follow up was great and so was the service.
We purchased our hot tub from Prisco Spas in Hawthorne, NJ in February 2017. They were a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful and customer service was great. We previously had a pool which we would have to close up for the winter. We replaced it with the hot tub and it was the best decision we have ever made. We are able to enjoy it right through the coldest of the winter and the warmest of the summer. Very happy customers and would highly recommend!!
