I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this title company. They are rude and they don't pay. I have never experienced such disrespect and ignorance in my career as a Signing Agent. These people were rude and I would not recommend working with them.. Kyla was rude and not helpful. I am truely disappointment in working with them. I will not be recommending your company to anyone. THEY ARE THIEVES AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO EXCUTE DOCUMENTS PRPERLY.
I was disappointed that receptionists weren't wearing masks when they are required by for customers and by the governor. It is also disappointing to arrive promptly for an appointment and then sit and wait for 15 minutes for both of our closings.

Horrible service!! Mike would never answer me. Knew we needed a POA to close! Took forever for him to acknowledge it. Then closing came around and the company didn’t know I was out of town and had to use said POA it took over a month to get. Now I’m getting extra tax bills because PTE couldn’t even get the correct documents! Stay away from this place at all costs! Please do yourself a favor!
Priority has such a great staff and they are such a great title company! Highly recommend them for your next closing :-)
Terrible service when getting out agent checks, and even worse is they then lie about when mailed. This has happened on numerous occasions with promises to do better. Just gets worse. As an Agent I would have no confidence in recommending to clients.
They do such a fantastic job with communication and make every transaction no matter where a great experience for all involved.
