No call. No show. Very frustrating. Called to inquire what was going on, got a franchise answering service that's not local to Omaha. I'm OK with missing an appointment or being late if I am given some notice. They quoted $1K for a 30 minute job to mitigate bats in my attic... I guess they don't need my business after all... If I were you, I'd look for service elsewhere...

Priority Pest has serviced our homes for over 15 years. We've always been pleased and the same person comes to our home each time. Today we had a new technician "Mark" and he was very polite as well as answered questions I had. thanks to Josh and his team for always being professional! I highly recommend them for regular pest control, help with bees and bats. they've done it all in our homes.

We have used Priority Pest Control for several years. Their treatments are highly effective. Mary, from the office, always calls to set up an appointment time that is convenient to us. Russel, the tech, makes sure our cats are where we need them to be (so they don’t sneak down the basement or outside) while he is applying treatments.
