This aint good. The tech explained a 1 year deferred interest for 14k HVAC. Meaning no interest for one year. If I paid off 14k in a year- no interest at all. The 1st statement just arrived with interest and the call center said that what i signed off was 13.99 % APR x 10 years. Damn, I was just asking for a quote and this is my first quote. And since i am so stupid and a YES person. I closed on the one. The rep was [pushy and seems legit. Or are they in cahoots (Greensky (lending) and Fetch a Tech.

This company installed a a/c unit July of 2023 and sounded like an explosion going off when it turned on. They came out for the full year beating around the bush about why it was doing when all along they were just waiting for their warranty to expire. They came this month and said you have to pay 69 dollars because your warranty is over and your unit is failing because of bad ductwork and it will be 11k to fix. Come to find out they didn’t install the ductwork properly back to the unit they installed

Great service up front, poor service and follow up at the end. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to get a post service visit report and recommendations for what the tech diagnosed/recommended for preventive maintenance. I’ve called multiple times , left messages and there is zero follow up. Sad, because I was very happy with the tech Kevin and inspection performed. We have an AC unit that's barely one year old that started blowing cool air. (Down from freezing cold). It also ran whisper quiet. Thinking that it just needed the coolant topped off, we called Fetch-a-tech. Three hours later, they say the evaporator is the problem and they left. Now the unit blows HOT air and it's so noisy our neighbors have complained to the HOA saying it sounds like a train is running through the house. All from an INSPECTION. It‘s unfortunate that I write this. Have been a customer for several years. Paid almost two thousand dollars for plumbing & later was quoted over 10K for water softener and main line repair. Work was going to start but was halted. They claimed the quote was underpriced and could not honor the original price quoted. Their error according to the manager who promised to make it right. Went to the owner and was shot down. The price was going to be more now. I guess they don’t want to make it right and just lost a good customer.
