Reckless driver driving down the parkway with this company name listed on the white jeep Cherokee. How are you suppose to provide care when your drivers are reckless. I had my daughter in the car. Completely unacceptable

I was surprised while reading the negative reviews on this company as a young lady out of Sevierville watches my niece, and has had her for several years Now she is handicapped with mental disabilities, and the family could not be happier with this caregiver. She shows up every day, she goes above, and beyond to take care of our niece She even does extra things for her. I would not let the negative reviews discourage you from using this company. .

The first home healthcare agency my mother's insurance contracted with had issues with keeping caregivers, caregivers not showing up and not assisting in care. Also, the scheduler was difficult to work with. By the grace of God, we found Priority Senior Care! Before the caregivers were even sent out, the manager visited our home and did a thorough evaluation of my mother's needs. Worst company ever to work for,they try to control your every move and if you are sick they expect you to work anyway or lose your job. So naturally I take into consideration the clients well being and took the time that my doctor advised me to and that was not to work considering we work with the elderly and they can get sick at the drop of the hat. I have been working with this company for six months. This company goes above and beyond to make sure their clients are getting their needs met. They treat their employees with dignity and respect. This is definitely one of the best companies that I have worked for.
