Let me just say, I am not from Tallahassee and I inherited these services from a previous manager. These guys were amazing. They took the time to show me the crime stats and local reports for my area. When I had a young man who was seemingly stalking one of my residents they came and walked her home and made sure all onsite employees were in the house even though it was not a scheduled pass. OWNER IS A SEXUAL PREDATOR AND SHOOTS UP DOPE
So at first priority seems like a great company.... Thats until you meet all of the upper management. First of all the CEO which is known by “chief” doesnt listen to anyone its his way or the highway. He just doesnt take any advice from anyone and if he does he takes it and comes up with something and uses your idea. He always kept complaining about communication problems. I love this company, if you want hours you they have hours. The staff is outstanding, I have nothing negative to say about this awesome company. Keep up the good work guys.
Cons: Doesn't compensate it's employees as they should. Will avoid paying over-time at all costs. High expectation/low reward. Requires you to work on major holidays without paying holiday pay. Just a very cheap company. You cannot make a living working here if you have a family. Pros: Awesome co workers, somewhat flexible hours if you don't mind working nights. Management was okay.
