Amazing work with the roof super pleased by the roof. The communication skills could be a wee bit better. I did get a confirmation that things happened, and we fell through the cracks of getting our confirmation for our roof and pictures for our insurance company. It took three weeks to get through to someone at the office to respond to my email, Missed calls and voicemails. These gentleman : Mason and Gustavo were efficient in diagnosis of the condition of my roof . They were very personable and helpful. I appreciated the time (above and beyond) that they donated to insuring that I was comfortable with the project at hand .
