I recently had my roof replaced via insurance and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Travis explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was completed exactly as promised. The workmanship looks excellent, and the new roof has completely improved the appearance of my home. It’s hard to find contractors who are both professional and dependable, but Priority as well as Travis delivered on both. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs or a full replacement.
Lacie made the entire process so easy! Despite my insurance companies best efforts, she got my whole roof replaced. Not only does it look much better than before, but its a longer lasting better quality shingle. I wouldn't let anyone else on my roof after dealing with Lacie and everyone at Priority Roofing.

During inspection, they pointed out that some nails used in previous roofing work had started rusting and expanding slightly, which was lifting parts of the sheet. I never thought such a small issue could create leakage paths. They replaced and sealed everything properly instead of just hammering things back.
I’ve not yet experienced hail while in my home. The panic I had was soon settled when Lacie checked my roof. If there was damage, she was going to help with any process that needed to happen. However, even with minor hail hits, nothing needed to be done. If any more severe weather comes my way, I’ll for sure be contacting Lacie to help!! She was so so so kind and helpful.
