Bought a property they had listed. The keys to the home were LEFT ON THE PORCH. Luckily Michele Cooper (my agent) made me aware and gave permission for me to retrieve the keys immediately. I get it, the house was a major project but to just leave keys thrown is incredibly irresponsible, especially when I close the following day. See attached text of Michele giving permission for me to take the keys.

Do you actually answer calls or return calls? I have called several times in the past few weeks and left messages. As I read the reviews for this company, it seems as though not much has changed in 2 years as you still dont answer or return calls. I was highly interested in a property, but seeing how business is conducted, I'd rather watch the house rot where it sits. Good luck to anyone using this company for sales.
