I have worked with Bob for well over 15 yrs now and it's always been a great experience...I have bought many properties from him and he's listed a few for me, so I have experience with him from both sides...The best thing about him is he is a hometown agent not some team of agents who no one knows what to do and when to do it...I can't stand those 5 person teams who are completely clueless! I agree with bad reviews currently in contingency on house with this company asked for a extension because my bank needs a few extra weeks with how times are now this evil place asking for 1500 to extend for 30 days mind you its a foreclosure they had odd requirements to purchase have compromised on numerous stuff like using their title company and paying for occupancy myself etc yet they are asking for 1500? Bought a property they had listed. The keys to the home were LEFT ON THE PORCH. Luckily Michele Cooper (my agent) made me aware and gave permission for me to retrieve the keys immediately. I get it, the house was a major project but to just leave keys thrown is incredibly irresponsible, especially when I close the following day.
