Slum lords to the fullest....Property on Flavel is run down, the owner just wants money and the owner and manager are related so they work together to hate on blacks, gays and anyone with kids. The units have ants, the carpet has been replaced in years, the windows are single pane and leak. If you want snow and rain inside your apartment and then be financially responsibly for the mold issues then this is your next spot.
