Fantastic plumber and advocate. Installed a Springwell water softener and filter system. And - Helped find a carbon monoxide leak and advocated with me to have the home builder fix it while there. Also, worked with technical support to help figure out why hot water heater didn’t work. Thank you Doug and priority plumbing! Did more than imagined!
My mom accidently lost her wedding ring down the toilet. Although we were not able to find it, Paul was courteous, honest & knowledgeable. He knew it was an emotional loss for my mom after the recent passing of my dad. He did what he could and was so sympathetic & caring. Thank you Paul for your sincere kindness!
