I love Dr. Burns and the staff at Priority Pets. I brought my new kitten in to a clean exam room with a warmed, fresh towel sprinkled with catnip. Henry relaxed and didn’t mind his exam at all. I have been going to Priority Pets for about 12 years with my fur babies and feel they received excellent care from caring professionals.
First time in with a new dog and everyone was so friendly and very professional explaining Cali’s allergies. My granddaughter gave them 100 star 🌟 rating. We have found a new vet.
Priority Pet Hospital is one of the few Fear Free Certified clinics in the Valley and as a professional dog trainer myself it means a lot to have Dr Burns and her staff available to refer clients to safe in the knowledge that their beloved pets will receive the highest level of care in a gentle and compassionate way.
Dr. Burns is awesome! The staff is friendly, comforting and always providing the best professional care for our pets. The follow up is amazing- always a call the following day to touch base on our pet’s progress. Highly recommend this facility for quality pet care!
Love Dr.Burns and all the staff there! They give Lightning such TLC when he is there for a checkup!!! They even gave us a referring vet in Oregon for when we move on Friday!!! Yay! I highly recommend them!! Take your pooch to them and you'll be glad you did!!!🐾🐾🐾
We had our first visit yesterday and couldn’t have felt more at ease. Our dog Lily was loved on and spoiled through the whole visit and the Dr listened and answered all of my questions. They are fabulous, they really take their time with our Ruby and they are gentle with her. They explain everything they are doing with her and answer all our questions and concerns. We are so happy with Priority Pet Hospital, they do make your pet our Ruby their Priority. For that we are forever grateful.
