The girls are always professional and courteous and on time. I love this company because I feel safe and secure being transported by priority one. I couldn't be happier.

They are constantly late every day to transport my sister for her radiation treatments to the hospital 3 minutes down the road. I've advised the facility to not use them. They said there was no one else available for today but will have someone next week.

Good people doing a tough job! EMS has always been the "red headed step child" of first responders. They're paid less and treated worse than cops or firefighters or military. Priority One's employees are professional and polite, despite running constantly from one appointment to the next.

Horribly unprofessional. Have had repeated run ins with their moronic drivers who see no problem in blocking patient pick-up areas for considerable periods of time. Van four driven by a butterball has been my favorite so far. He argued that since there is no written rule against it, blocking the drive is okay.
